• Collaboration

Whether you have a STEM or humanities background, if you're interested in interdisciplinary work, please contact me ([email protected]). I'd love to collaborate on a project, even if it's not one currently listed.

  • Discovery

Academic progress is often driven by increasing specialization, yielding finer and finer distinctions in problems of smaller and smaller size. Much worth knowing has already been discovered. The same cannot be said of working at the boundary of disciplines, an area of great promise and peril.

  • Experimentation

Experimentation carries with it a unique set of challenges and rewards. The risk of failure is high; charting a new course may lead to nowhere. Conversely, the potential for exploration is unrivaled.
